Hironao Fujii is a distinguished leader in the fields of web system production, marketing, and concert planning. He graduated from Nihon University’s College of Bioresource Sciences. Fujii’s career began with notable roles in production direction and planning for prominent anime companies and WOWOW.

In 2004, Fujii founded Office Modern Inc., a company dedicated to concert planning. Under his leadership, the company brought together renowned artists such as Hiroshi Fujioka and Shinobu Nakayama, creating innovative performances that blend classical music with narrative storytelling.

In 2014, he expanded his vision by launching “concertport”, a groundbreaking platform for music distribution. Fujii’s expertise extends to roles as a recording engineer and designer, and he is also an amateur cellist. His musical pursuits include participating in the Conductor’s Competition organized by the Min-On Concert Association.

Fujii continued to innovate in the music industry by introducing the concert subscription service “conpas” in December 2018. His efforts were recognized in December 2021 when “conpas” received a special award at the Japan Subscription Business Grand Prize, a testament to his outstanding contribution to the subscription service industry.
